Aged for three years in the traditional Solera system, in American oak casks that previously containing Amontillado Sherry.
Light amber in colour, with elegant oak and toasted wood aromas, notes of vanilla, orange marmalade and Amontillado. Dry and smooth with a long and nutty finish.
AMONTILLADO PROFILE
Bright amber colour with golden hints. Intense smoky woods, and nutty aromas. Dry and elegant on the palate, with a long spicy aftertaste.
AGEING
Aged for 3 years in a selection of American oak casks that have been ageing Amontillado for many years.
TASTING NOTES
