Most sakes taste best when they are matured for just a few months, a rare few come to life when aged under special care for 3 years in snow. This sake is undiluted, known as Genshu style which is similar in concept to “cask strength” products in the world of whiskey. Full-bodied with lavish expression of character and elegant texture.
