Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red color with violet rim. The nose is intense, elegant and complex. The aromas of fresh red and black berries stand out against a delicately floral background reminiscent of violets. Toasted notes and dulce de leche appear together with subtle hints of dairy and vanilla. On the palate, it’s very balanced with rounded tannins and generous volume. It has rich natural acidity that makes it a juicy wine on the midpalate. The finish is elegant, leaving us with smooth, pleasing sweet sensations for a long time.
Origin: Colchagua Valley, Chile
Varietal: 95% Malbec; 5% Cabernet Sauvignon
Alcohol: 14.5%
Ageing: 50% of the wine is aged for 12 months in first-, second-, and third-use French oak barrels.
Cellaring: May be enjoyed now or cellar for 10 or more years.
